Then, after a couple of seconds the first crack catches you off-guard. A rush of coolness floods your taste buds and awakens your senses before you could even react to it. The fresh feeling reminds of you of those moments when you step outside on a cold morning and realizing you’re more alive than you thought you were. The longer it stays in your mouth you can feel it slowly melt, deliberately, until it’s completely gone. It’s small. It’s simple. But it’s powerful.
